Mummy woke up late at 5.19am instead of 5am. Rushed to prep herself and J1's requested recess break food. Had time to even prep a Milo drink for myself to get some energy. J1 woke up at 6.15am some time after the alarm sounded. Herded her to shower etc... we even had 10mins for her to sit down and eat some breakfast. All headed out of the house at 6.55am to reach J2's sch at 7am, dropped him off and left at 7.05am. Walked J1 to school and reached at 7.15am. She settled down in class looking bored as most of the other kids were not in class yet.
Seems like J1 settled down pretty well in pri sch. She was happy when I asked about portions of her day in class and in student care. Albeit a little bit of upsets here and there. Like comments about her being ugly. And a boy who steps on her shoes. Discussed with her how she would handle such situations. And she seemed satisfied.
Day 2 and 3 went without much drama. I'm so gonna miss my little chats with her when I walk her home after school. Be brave and confident, my dear girl. Your mummy was not popular and was even shunned, yet she held herself up. You can do it too! Just try your best and believe in yourself!
